
Ingredients for 10-12 pieces:
- 2 bananas (rijp!)
- 150 g oatmeal
- 5 tablespoon cacaopowder
- 20 g walnuts
- 20 g hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 100 g puffed quinoa
- 3 coffeespoons peanut butter
- +-1 ml vanille aroma (helft van een klein flacon)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix the bananas until smooth. Add the melted coconut oil, peanut butter and mix again
- Add the oatmeal, cacaopowder, puffed quinoa and vanilla aroma
- Cut the nuts roughly and add to the mixture
5. Divide the mixture over the baking tray while making round formes. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Turn the coockies halfway after 10 minutes.
