
Ingredients for 10 pieces:
- 100 g oatmeal
- 1,5 bananas
- 15 drops vanilla aroma
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 85 g mixed nuts (almond nuts, walnuts and hazelnuts)
- 3 tablespoons almond powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Mix the bananas until they're smooth. Add the vanilla aroma and the oatmeal to the banana mixture.
3. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and add to the mixture.
4. Roughly cut the nuts and add as well.
5. Stir all together and spread over the tray while making round forms.
6. Bake for about 15minutes. Let them cool down and enjoy.
