About this crazy idea..
I'm a 28 years old woman with a problem, I'm a serious foodjunkie..
Ever since I was little, I'm always hungry, like seriously I could eat all the time.. I love tasting flavors and creating (mostly healthy) yummie meals.
I'm also a 'little' perfectionist, I think that also explains my love for cooking. The idea of making a delicious meal, entirely how you want it, based on your idea and flavor. Total in control in the kitchen. I believe that's also why I can almost never follow a recipe. Nobody is going to tell me how to do something :-) Just kidding....
But it is a fact that I always go with my feeling. That's also how I got the idea of starting a food blog. People were always asking me about the recipe, but I could never give it cause it was all in my head.
So from now on, I'm going to write them down for you and post them here.
I hope you'll like my ideas and recipes!
By the way, all the meals are tasted and 'approved' by my mother before I put them online. She kinda gave me the love for good food and cooking. When I was still living with my parents, I'd always ask 'what's for dinner tonight' when I was having breakfast. Yes I'm that kind of person who already thinks about his next meal, while I haven't finished my first meal :-)
Anyway keep safe and keep eating healthy! It's a huge part of taking care of your body and remember we only have one body. So we better be aware of what we put in it. Maybe you didn't know this, but food has also a big impact on our mental well-being. It's no secret that a lot of people struggle with mental illness during this lockdown. So let's take some extra care of our body and mind, to come out stronger from these hard times.
